Mark A. Park
Partner
Mark has been with AAA Plumbers for almost 25 years. He serves as the Texas-certified Responsible Master Plumber for the business by overseeing day to day operations, focusing on leveraging technology to increase efficiency. Mark is a U.S. Army veteran and holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Houston. He enjoys traveling and scuba diving in his free time.
Candis Mohr
Partner
Candis has worked with AAA Plumbers for more than 12 years, managing marketing, overseeing customer relations, and supporting operations. She values building relationships with others to understand them and their goals so she can support them in their personal and professional growth. Outside of work, Candis loves spending time with my family and friends by hosting backyard game nights with great music and good food.
Steve Park
Partner
Born in Denver, Colorado, Steve moved to Houston as a teenager. His plumbing career started in 1977 when he began taking night and weekend service calls on top of his day job in apartment maintenance. He started AAA Plumbers with Cesar in 1984, and today he oversees service operations and works with supervisors on large proposals. When not at work, Steve enjoys traveling and hunting.

Bonitta Moore
Office Manager
As a member of our team at AAA Plumbers for almost 40 years, Bonitta is the honorary mom of the office, overseeing many details, caring for staff, and solving problems as they pop up. As Office Manager, she is responsible for accounts payable, payroll, and human resources. She enjoys shopping and passing gifts on to others, cooking special dishes for her family, and water aerobics.
Ana Madrigal

Ana has been a part of the AAA Plumbers accounting team for several years. Her incredibly fast typing skills and keen proofreading skills ensure our customers get accurate, timely invoices. Ana grew up in the greater Houston area and enjoys hiking, baking, and performing in community theater.

Melissa Waymire
Executive Assistant
Melissa supports the team by ensuring critical information is entered and updated in our systems. Although she is a newer member of the AAA Plumbers family, she provides essential assistance to all our supervisors. Born and raised in Houston, Melissa enjoys discovering the city by finding new places to eat and explore, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Kenny Eaton

Kenny has been part of the AAA Plumbers family since 1988. With almost 50 years in the apartment plumbing industry as well as experience in commercial construction and remodeling, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as supervisor and team leader. In his day to day role, Kenny oversees field operations, quotes, sales, and customer service. He enjoys fishing, camping, and home remodeling in his spare time.

Angel Penny
Dispatcher

Angel has been working in the plumbing industry since 1998. As AAA Plumber’s main Dispatcher, her personal strengths of patience and understanding helps ensure our customers are heard, and get the critical service they need as soon as possible. As a proud Houstonian, Angel loves attending Astros and Texans games whenever possible, reading books and attending book signings of her favorite authors, and spending time with friends and family.

Erica Duron
Dispatcher
Born and raised in Houston, Erica brings excellent organizational skills and a high attention to detail to her customer service role. She ensures customers are heard and responded to quickly and thoroughly. Erica enjoys getting outdoors for trail running and nature walks.
Celinda Flores
Parts Accounts Payables
As a Houston local, Celinda is a proud member of the AAA Plumbers team. Her key role is to input accurate accounts payable data, and to order safe, high quality products for our plumbers. As a highly organized person, this role is a perfect fit for her. Outside of work, Celinda spends her time writing and painting.

Originally from Queens in New York City, Javier has been in the plumbing business for over 30 years. Although relatively new to the AAA Plumbers team, Javier brings his strong communication skills to his areas of inventory control, materials purchasing, and cost management. Outside of work, Javier enjoys hunting, fishing, and reading a good book.
