Candis has been a cornerstone of AAA Plumbers since 2011, bringing with her a degree from Sam Houston State University and a lifelong connection to the company. A second-generation leader, her career path reflects both dedication and versatility—beginning in the Parts Department and advancing through leadership roles in marketing, customer relations, and operations. Today, she oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, carrying forward the legacy of a business that has supported her family since she was young. With a strong focus on innovation, growth, and community impact, Candis is committed to ensuring AAA Plumbers continues to lead and serve the multifamily industry for generations to come. She also extends her leadership into the community by serving on the board of the Grateful Americans Charity, supporting veterans and their families.
Beyond her professional role, Candis is passionate about people. She values building authentic relationships, understanding the goals of others, and helping them thrive in both their personal and professional lives. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, often hosting backyard game nights filled with laughter, great music, and good food.

Keiry Ramirez
Keiry has been a valued part of the AAA Plumbers family since early 2024, supporting the company through billing, collections, customer service, and beyond. Known for her upbeat personality and willingness to jump in wherever needed, she truly wears many hats—helping keep the office running smoothly while also representing AAA Plumbers out in the community. You may even see this familiar face networking on behalf of the company, always ready to connect with others and share our story.
Outside of work, Keiry is a full-time student who has a passion for learning new things. She enjoys listening to true crime podcasts, diving into mystery novels, and finding new ways to challenge herself. Most importantly, she loves spending time with her daughter, who inspires her every day.

Angel has been working in the plumbing industry since 1998. As AAA Plumber’s main Dispatcher, her personal strengths of patience and understanding helps ensure our customers are heard, and get the critical service they need as soon as possible. As a proud Houstonian, Angel loves attending Astros and Texans games whenever possible, reading books and attending book signings of her favorite authors, and spending time with friends and family.
